The diverse experience in my life as a woman, teacher, Human Resources professional, yoga instructor, business owner, health & wellness educator, sister, wife, daughter and mother of 3 children has deepened my compassion and desire to help people heal from and grow through their personal struggles.
Throughout my life journey, I’ve explored numerous personas and accepted various roles in pursuit of purpose and meaning — a fundamental journey to us all. However, in the midst of this inner journey, I’ve discovered a profound sense of self-love, understanding, acceptance, and compassion. This newfound perspective enables me to extend forgiveness and embrace openness to fresh perspectives, as I work to cultivate balance and integrate my whole self.
These experiences have enriched my empathy and drive to help individuals in overcoming personal challenges and fostering personal growth.
